Insight Pest Solutions is a structural pest control company that services 21 locations nationwide. Our call center in Morrisville schedules services, takes payments, sign up new accounts, and provide excellent customer service to meet our customer’s needs!

• Minimum of 6 Months working as a Customer Service Representative in a Customer Care Call Center
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Pass a Drug Test
• Pass a Background check.

Hours of Operation:
7:00am to 9:00pm M-F
Must be able to work one Saturday per month 7:30am to 5:00pm
**Shift will be assigned based on business need
Full training provided in classroom prior to release to Call Center floor.
Training hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm for 2-3 weeks. Must be available for training during this time.
